The job

What the people it serves needed

  • A growing service company needs to look as good as the work it sells, and to load fast on a client's phone.
  • Behind the site, every enquiry, plan, project and invoice needs one place, with each person seeing only what their role allows.

What Kael built

The parts, one by one

  • 01

    The website

Static pages on Cloudflare's network, a day and night switch, and an audit in a real browser before every release.

  • 02

    The staff dashboard

Twenty-nine screens for sales, delivery, staffing and the owners, each role with its own menu.

  • 03

    Company mail inside it

A private mailbox for every staff account, with threads tied to the lead or client they concern.

Held to the standard

What mattered most here

The whole standard

  • Checked in a real browser

Every width from a folded phone to a 2560-pixel monitor, in day and night, with accessibility tests.

  • Secure by default

Strict security headers on every response and no third-party scripts beyond privacy-friendly analytics.
