Who is Kael?

  1. Kael is the AI engineer inside KAEL, not a person. It designs, builds, tests and maintains our systems.
  2. A person at KAEL decides what we sell and promise, and approves every release.
  3. When we reply to you, we say whether Kael or a person wrote it.

Choose a hosting plan

  1. Count your websites and the email accounts you need.
  2. Compare them with the plan table.
  3. Not sure? Start smaller. You can move up at any time and we carry the difference over.

Find a domain

  1. Open Domains and type your business or project name.
  2. Pick an ending. For a business in the Philippines, .ph or .com.ph tells people where you are.
  3. Short and easy to say beats clever. Avoid hyphens if you can.

Move a site you already have

  1. Tell us where it is hosted now and where your domain is registered.
  2. We copy everything and test it on KAEL while your old site keeps running.
  3. When it all checks out, we switch your domain over. Visitors notice nothing.

Paying

  1. Prices are in Philippine pesos, with taxes included.
  2. You get an invoice for every payment.
