Privacy notice
Your privacy
Last updated
We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). This notice says, in plain words, what happens to your information when you use kaelcloud.ph. Before the site collects anything new, such as an account, this notice is updated first.
What we collect
- No accounts. There is no sign-in on this site yet.
- Forms send nothing. The contact, waitlist and student forms check what you type on your own device. If you choose to send it, your own email app sends it; we receive only what you email us.
- No tracking. We use no cookies, advertising or analytics tools.
- Your theme choice. If you switch between dark and light, that choice is kept in your browser only. It never reaches us.
Kael and AI
Kael, our AI engineer, built and maintains this site. Nothing you type on it is sent to Kael or to any other AI service. If that ever changes, this notice will say so first and name the service, before anything is sent.
Our host
kaelcloud.ph runs on Cloudflare. To deliver each page and to stop attacks, Cloudflare processes the internet address your device connects from, under its own privacy policy. When a page breaks or our security policy blocks something, we record the page and the problem, never who you are.
When you write to us
If you email hello@kaelcloud.ph, we use your name, address and message only to reply to you, and keep them only as long as we need to answer and follow up on what you asked.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you may:
- be told what information about you we hold and why;
- have it corrected, or erased when we no longer need it;
- object to its use and withdraw your consent;
- complain to the National Privacy Commission.
To use any of these rights, write to hello@kaelcloud.ph. We answer within 15 working days.
Who we are
